Six-Layered Lion Card for Louby Lou - digitaldelights10

This is for a challenge over at Digital Delights by Louby Loo. The challenge was to use Lenny the Lion. :)
I like Lenny.....he's adorable!
I tried something new for him- I printed him three times, and layered him to make him 3D. I first cut out his entire body, then the portion of the image with his head and front legs. Lastly, I cut out just his head. each layer is applied to the other with Stampin' Up Dimensionals. I used my Prisma pecils to color him in (lots and lots of blending going on here!). My papers are by Brenda Walton for K & Co. I used a new border punch that I picked up (it's an EK Success) and my Stampin Up Photo Corner punch and Designer Label punch for the shapes, plus some Nesties. A little bit of inking on the edges with SU Pacific Point ink, too!
I'm really happy with him, and I hope you like him!
This is the card front, and below is a pic of the layers - this card is six layers deep at the most stacked point.

And here is the inside of my card:

  3. This is adorable! I love the hive and honeycomb! If I had the software and knew how to use it, I'd love the svg, but I don't so I won't! I'll just enjoy your work, but TFS:)
