A Bugaboo Stamps Special Event with Little Miss Muffet Rubber Stamps!

Hi, everyone!
While normally the Catch the Bug blog features an Oldie But Goodie today, we're doing something NEW! Today is very special! Bugaboo Stamps is releasing some exclusive Rubber Stamps over at Little Miss Muffet Stamps, and the Bugaboo Design Team is joining in for a special release blog hop with the Little Misses to show you what's in store!
Read below my pink line of asterisks for the announcement, and the hop information, from Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

Before you do that, though, here is the card I created for todays hop. Jodie created this adorable image for todays big event, and it was such a sweet image to play with! I dolled herup in some pretty purple-y gingham to go along with some new Cosmo Cricket papers I purchased. This set of papers is called Pixie-licious, and the bold, bright colors were right up my alley! I added a pretty yellow flower that I created by layersing some Paper Studio flowers, a Memory Box Tin Tendril die-cut and a brad. My sentiment is adorned with a few rhinestones and a butterfly sticker from my stash.

Thanks for popping in! If you like my work, please follow me ===>> :)

Now scroll down for more info on the great blog hop, and the prize information from Little Miss Muffet Stamps! Enjoy your hop!

Anything But a Card? Okay - how about this.....?!

Hi, everyone!
It's an ABC (Anything But a Card) Day over at Catch the Bug, and it's my turn to create something! :0) I always have a difficult time coming up with projects for ABC Day, but I have begun working on a second scrapbook project for my niece, so this page definitely qualifies!  :0)

This is a single page layout using the Bugaboo Stamps images that have been converted to svg files so I could paper piece them. The images used are Turtles Daydream and Turtles Girl on Shell.

PLEASE NOTE:
It is noted in the Bugaboo Stamps Terms of Use that creating die-cuts without express permission is not allowed. ALL MY PAPER PIECED DIE-CUTS WERE CREATED WITH PERMISSION!

Below are some additional close-up pics of the turtles for you.

My title is cut from a Sizzlits set of dies called Round-A-Bout. I ran it through my Big Shot with a Cuttlebug Embossing folder called Tiny Dots. I typed up and printed all the little descriptive words along the side of the photo mat. They are punched out with a Stampin' Up Word Window punch. My borders are cut with Spellbinders and a Martha Stewart punch. The brads I used have been in my stash for ages, and are boutique brads. I was lucky to have so many to match my papers! :)

So, that's it for me today! I hope you like what you see!

An Oldie but Goodie for a Grad

Hi, everyone!
Thursday's are Oldie But Goodie Days at Catch the Bug Blog
I love OBG day because I can break out some of my favorite Bugaboo Stamps to play with, and have an excuse to show them on my blog! lol! As if I need an excuse, right?!
Today I am using a cute Ava image called Ava Grad Diploma.
My son's girlfriend is a high school senior (he is Class of 2011), and can you guess what her school colors are?! lol!

I used a bunch of Spellbinders Nesties for all my shapes in this one. The btterfly is a MS punch, and adorned with some tiny pearls. A CAS design, but I love the black and white floral - I think it is busy
to not need too much embellish, don't you?

You can pick up this image, and all the other great images that Jodie has to offer, at the Bugaboo Store here.

Thanks for stopping by today! Make sure to check out the other OBG creations over at Catch the Bug, and visit the Design Team....you can click on their blog links located in the left side bar of my blog for great Bugaboo eye candy! <<===========
