A quick post for the Bugaboo Scallops Anyone? Challenge

I put this together for the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog. The challenge this week is titled "Scallops Anyone?", and the requirement is to use scallops on your project. As it so happens, it also an OWH Chalenge to use Scallops this week, too, so I am also entering this over on their blog!
So....here's my Bugaboo Bear, standing under his umbrella waiting for the rain to stop!
