Counting down.....

....to the last day for the Bugaboo Christmas in July Week of Events! :0( I will be sad when it has passed, as it really has been a HUGE kick in the butt for me to get ahead (at least for now - haha!) on my Christmas cards!
Today's challenge is an "Anyhthing Goes". Sticking with the Christmas theme, I created this card, and plan on putting it in the week-long challenge, as well as todays. :0) Yay! A dbl-dipper! haha

This is one of the Bugaboo Brats from the Christmas collection of digi stamps at the Bugaboo Online Store. I colored her in with PSE, except the hair. I've decided that I need to play with my new markers more, so I practiced on her hair. It was tough because there's not much hair to practice on for this image, and I'm not as happy with it as I'd like to be, but it is what I will call "good enough". hahaha
Until I master hair coloring, I'm not going to even pretend I can color well enough to do the clothes and skin! hahaha
I used some papers from my MME Christmas Mat Stack that I have stashed for a while back, and I used my Nesties for the image and layer. The sentiment was printed from PSE and punched (three layers, three punches from SU). I added the faux holly, which I created from the Nesties Foliage die and a 1/4" circle punch because I didn't have any holly punches or dies (can you believe??!). I didn't want to take my Cricut out just for two tiny leaves (I'm lazy......okay, really it's because I have a headache! hahaha).
That's it from me for now. I'm off to put my swollen foot up with some ice, and rest my headache! Thanks for stopping by, and happy crafting!

  4. O my goodness. She's adorable and I love love the paper. I need lessons in all the shading you are doing in PSE. I still love my copics but I do like playing around in PSE for some cards. Can't wait for some lessons!
