Too Cute to Spook

Hi, everyone! Happy Tuesday! :0)
I hope you all had a good Monday, so far as Mondays go, that it! lol! ;0) I know that mine was definitely Monday! hahaha It has been raining here for days....and the temps dipped into the 40's and 50's, from a nice 70's range. Yuck! These damp, chilly days that come on so suddenly really make my bones ache, so I haven't done too much crafty stuff in the past few days. Of course, the old man was home from being out of town for work, so there was a lot of "catch up" stuff going on around the house while he was here, and all the cleaning and organizing we've been doing certainly didn't help the crafty mojo!
Today I have a card to share that is being set aside to send to my almost-here-any-day-now niece for Halloween. :0) LOL! Yes.....I am just a little bit excited! lol! She has to have a first Halloween card, and this crafty auntie is just the one that plans on sending it! LOL! :0)

For this card, I started with some K&Company Halloween papers for my background, one punched with an EK Success edger punch. The bottom row of green ghosts is also an EK Success edger punch. The top edge is punched from an MS Drippy Goo edger, and the "moon" is cut from a nestie. For the moon, I dabbed some Studio G Chalks pigment ink, in two colors, on the circle to give it a mottled look. I'm not sure how well you can see it in the photo, as it was intended to be subtle, and the camera doesn't always pick up the subtle variations for me too well. The ribbon is a self-adhesive from JoAnn, and the sentiment is something I printed in PSE. The adorable Spooks are a digi stamp from Stamping Dragon Designs that I converted to an SVG in my SCAL program. I just adore that Spooks set! :0)
