Busting at the seams with EXCITEMENT!!!!

Hi, everyone!!!
If you've read my recent emails, you know I've been super busy with family "stuff" the past couple of weeks, the most recent.....not so "happy"! I have been holding on to some information, though, for several weeks now that has me super-duper excited...........can you guess what it is?! NO??!!! Well...........let me tell you......for November and December I am a Guest Designer for Bugaboo Stamps!!!!!

Can you imagine my excitement!?! HAHAHA! Make sure you stay tuned for all the latest and greatest, including todays fantastic NEW RELEASE, over at the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog. Well, since today is Tuesday, it is a New Release day, and here is one of the gorgeous images from Jodie.

Here's a closer look at my flower details

I wasn't sure what I was going to do with this image, at first. I broke out some Black Diamond Stickles for the flowers, and some of my SU markers. Once my Stickles were dried I added some Paper Glaze to the roses for dimension, which I hope I captured for you in  my pictures! The bg paper is a DCWV La Creme flocked mat. The black leafy embellishes are cut from a nestie die, and my cream colored flowers are Prima.

Announcement regarding free svg file downloads Post #2 today

Hi!
I'm changing things up again......I know, I know...make up my mind, right?! Sorry. I really am trying to find a "groove" for posting freebies and what-have-you. I think I'm almost "there"! hahaha!
Anyhow, the announcement:
On April 19th, several of the Free SVG File links will be disabled. By "several", I mean "most" of them in the list on the left sidebar, and the links that are in that files blog post, as well. All of the step cards and mat files will not be available after this date, so if you don't have them and want them, now is the time to download them! :0)
I will be adding freebies, at least one a week, and they will be available for one week only from the time they are posted.
Just a side - after a link is disabled, copyright and terms of use still apply to files. Please be kind and give credit by linking back to my site for others to download from here. Thanks!!

Changes to SVG File Access

Hi, everyone!
Between now and Feb 1, Box.net will not allow any of my files to be downloaded (I've used up all my bandwidth for the month).  I have picked up several followers this month, largely in part to the recent blog candy giveaway, and I'm sure the rush of people finding me and downloading my files is the reason for the excess usage of bandwidth. With that said, though, I have decided to change some things. First, I am going to be disabling many of the free svg file links. I will still be running the list of available freebies on the sidebar of my blog, but it will a shorter list. I'm going to keep the current seasonal files available, and most of the "general" files. Each month, I will be cleaning house on this list, though, to try to keep the file downloads and bandwidth usage under the 10Gb allowed for my free Box.net account, as well as keep the list fresh with new files for you! :0)
I had considered splitting files up into different free accounts and services, but it's somewhat of a hassle for me to keep track of on my end, and it just makes more sense to keep the more current files available to you, instead.
Thank you for your understanding! I have several files in the works for Valentines Day, and will be posting the links for them (and blog posts with my cards that I make with them) starting again on Feb 1. In the meantime,  I hope you'll come back and check out some of my cards that I create for challenges and "just because"! I'm sure you'll see some sneak peeks of what's coming in February!

Announcement & a quick creation

Okay....so maybe it wasn't a "quick" creation, but considering I am still feeling like I've been run over by a truck, I'll consider this an accomplishment! lol!

This is another one of the January Digi's from Bugaboo Stamps. I love him! I colored him in PSE and hand-cut him. I've been playing around with the Print & Cut feature on my SCAL program, but after three failed attempts to get the cut around the image "just right", I gave up for now.

Now....for my announcement.......I had recently switched over to Box.net for the file sharing. I love it because you (the downloader) don't have to wait for 20 seconds before a download link appears, plus it is quicker to upload (in my opinion) than other sites. The downside to Box.net is that if I want to use more than 10Gb of bandwidth per month, I have to pay a monthly fee for a subscription.  I had hit 80% of my allowed free bandwidth for the month back on January 16th. I am now at 98%.  In the next day, or so, you may experience difficulties downloading my files. I'm not certain what error message you will receive, but when this happens, please be patient while I try to come up with a solution.
