From Digi Stamp to SVG......

....Not always an easy feat! This great image is a Bugaboo Stamps freebie this week. I took some liberties and converted the digi stamp to an svg in my SCAL2 program, and came up with this card.

Converting this image to an svg wasn't an easy task - it took me approximately three hours to make this card, from inception to final photo. I love the way it turned out, but it was definitely a labor of love, as the skinny black lines are fragile and took quite some time to remove from my mat and glue down. lol!
I added some Stickles and Paper Glaze for a little extra zip, and the top red layer of the cake is cut from glitter card stock. :0)

  2. Cheryl....amazing and I so wanted to do that card this week. Lord knows I've got several birthdays coming up....not mine..haha I only want one a year..lol Anyhooooo...I never would have tackled that as an svg.....you go girl!!!! It turned out wonderful and you can save it till March...that's my birthday!
