4 Square - Grow Old With Me.

This is one of Jodie's newer images, and I used it as a brush in my PSE program, leaving it a soft lavender color. This one is so pretty, and I simply love that sentiment!

We were given some images to play with for this, and I chose the Pot of Gold and Sentiment. I decided to focus the card front on the sentiment, and use the image as an embellish.

For my card, I used the Bugaboo Stamps image, 

Make it Snappy - You Are My Sunshine.

I created this by using a previously finished ATC for a sponsor challenge I worked on back on April 25, so this may look familiar! :0)

I added a couple of designer papers to the ATC,  some punched butterflies and some more bling.

It was quick and easy, and  is clean and simple! :0)

Double Dippin'

The recipe is to use Dry Embossing, Bling and Designer Paper

This card features Girl Bear image by Bugaboo Stamps. I colored her in with my Prismacolor Pencils.

She is cut out with some Nesties: Orchard Harvest Tags & Accents. I used the die to do the paper piercing on the bottom layer. My dp is by Echo Park, and while you can't see it in the photo, the hearts are embossed. I also used my Cuttlebug Spots & Dots folder, along with some Rose Red SU ink to do the two tone color, to emboss the bottom pink paper. 

Other items used for this card include, rhinestones, EK Success chain punch, SU border punch, rolled ribbon flower, SU Word Window punch.

They offer up a challenge each week that requires that the entry be an ATC. This is the first time I have made an ATC, and I was asked to use the Bugaboo Stamps image, 

Make it Snappy - You Are My Sunshine.

An ATC is a 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" card that is used for trading, like baseball or hockey cards, among artists. 

Here's my little ATC for this challenge:

I will end up using this as part of a card, as I do not trade ATC's. I think this is a great way to build up a card front, starting with an image and an ATC size layer!

This card features Ava - Flower Patch image by Bugaboo Stamps. I fussy cut around her after I colored her in. My white flowers on the tree are Primas and the little yellow flowers in my grass are a tiny Marvy punch I have in my stash. I used a stylus to cup them, then added some red glitter gel pen to the centers.

Here's the sketch we have to work with this week

I LOVE sketches!

This one was so much fun for me! I recently received this amazing Bugaboo Stamps image, 

Garden Cat-Birdhouse, and I knew he'd be purr-fect for the orientation of this sketch!

I used a bunch of my old Sizzix Sizzlits papers for this, along with my handy-dandy MS Picket Fence Punch. I grabbed a couple of Prima flowers from my stash, and some new butterfly stickers I received for Christmas. I colored my cat in PSE, but the rest of the image is colored with my Copics.
