Which List are You on?! It's a 'Naughty or Nice' Challenge at Catch the Bug!

It's Saturday, which means a new challenge over at Catch the Bug today! This week's theme has me using an image I have had in my arsenal for a long time, but have not put to a card. The image I am featuring is called JJ Christmas - Ornament. She's a sassy girl in this image, so I'm guessing she didn't quite make the cut for the 'Nice List'!
 Haha!

This week's theme is
Naughty, or Nice?

I grabbed a few scrap pieces of paper from my little box (okay....so it's a BIG box of scraps!). This is my first time inking up this great JJ - Perfect Man image. I did not use the sentiment that comes with it, instead typing one up that my mom seems to state quite often! lol! She's definitely the recipient of this card, I just need to pick a good time to send it to her. :)
I added some Stickles - Star Dust to the flowers on the car, but it didn't photograph well for me this time. Funny how sometimes I can get a good shot of it, while other times it just won't reflect well.  I also put some Glossy Glaze on the lights, bumpers, centers of the tires and on JJ's glasses. I wanted just a touch of dimension, and that did the trick (again, didn't photograph well, so sorry!) My border was cut from one of the Spellbinders On the Edge border dies.

A New Challenge at Catch the Bug - Join Us!

It's Saturday, and that means the fun of last week's challenge never stops over at the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog.....today we have a new challenge for you! The challenge runs all week, and it's a great way to build up your Bugaboo image inventory!

This week's challenge theme is
"RECIPE CHALLENGE -
Hearts, Pearls and Lace"
We all love this challenge theme, don't we?!

I put together this JJ card as an anniversary card. I'm not sure exactly what I'll say on the inside of it, yet, but I know before I send it out that I'll think of something! :0)
Hmmmm......I may even decide to use this as a birthday card for a friend!

My card uses the JJ Calendar Month - February image. I went to the local scrapbook store today. They are closing up shop, and the entire store is on clearance for 50% off, so I picked up a HUGE stack of new papers (not that I really "needed" them........ but I did! lol!) The papers on this card are all from a stack of 8x8 that I picked for a steal, and I think (but can't say for certain) that they are from DCWV.
I recently purchase some new Nesties, the heart squares, and used those, plus my MS lattice heart punch and a new small MS heart punch (also from the sale today). The lace is from my stash. I squished it into my ink pad with a sponge dauber to make it look antiqued, and I added some mocha and pearls, plus a large pearl heart to finish off my card.

Now it's your turn! Show us what you come up with for this challenge, and then head over to
Catch the Bug to enter!
By entering your project, you could win up to SEVEN Bugaboo images!

Please check out the rest of the Design Team goodies while you're there! These peeps are filled with talent, full of good tips and ideas......and loaded with eye-candy-inspiring ideas! I am so honored to be part of the group!
