Issues with downloads - Some help?

Hi, everyone!
I was wondering if you can all give me a hand with something: I have a follower that downloads my files, but has trouble importing them into SCAL. Does anyone else have any problems? If so, what kinds of problems are you having? Have you been able to correct them?
From what she has explained, she can open and import some of the files from the folder, but on others it tells her that it fails to load the file. Anyone have any suggestions?? I'm stumped!
