On the Eighth Day of Christmas......

We are going to follow along the traditional "Twelve Days of Christmas" song. 
Since today is the "Eighth Day"of our challenge event, it is the "Eight Maids a'Milking" day, according to the song: Our challenge today is MILK AND COOKIES! Yumm-O!! :0)
Here's what I came up with, using three adorable images from Bugaboo Stamps:

I colored the images in PSE, as is my norm, lately. :0) I hand cut each of them out. The circle borders are punched using an EK Success, as are the tiny holly leaves, with the berries being brads. The recipe is one that I picked up at allrecipes.com.

    This is a great layout and would make a beautiful addition to a holiday cookbook or a family one, a real labor of love. The images are adorable, of course they also are perfect for the recipe, but they add such a nice happy warm vibe to your project. I also love the embellishments you created, the circles make me think of icing and the holly is just right.
