An OBG, a box and a "tweet"!

Hi, everyone!

Thursday's are Oldie But Goodie Days at Catch the Bug Blog! I put together this cute little card to go with an svg box I made for my hubby. He LOVES black jelly beans, and me.....well,,,,I say "ICK!", so I always set them aside for him when I buy a bag. lol! The little box is something I put together for him to hold them in (it's an svg file I created). The card is made using my Nesties, Scalloped Squares. The image is a Bugaboo Stamps OBG (Oldie But Goodie), and it is called Spring Bird - Flower Swing. The inside reads "A Tweet For You!" :0)

I did some embossing on the base of the card using a new embossing folder (new to me, that is) from Stampin' Up, Square Lattice. The white-on-white was decided upon to show if f the colorful bird image.

I cut the second card layer using Nesties, Fleur de Lis Squares and the image was cut using Nesties, Orchard Harvest Tags & Accents Die. Each card layer is applied with pop-dots for some dimension.

I used some Easter Grass to create a nest for the candy. :0)

All four sides of the box look the same. It is one cut, plus a bottom piece to create the box, and then I added the cage layer, the bird swing layer, the cage accent layers and the birds (the birds are on pop dots).
