Anything Goes at Catch the Bug!

It's Saturday, which means a new challenge over at Catch the Bug today! This week's theme is a crafter fave:

This week's theme is
ANYTHING GOES!

I have used the Bobblehead Thanksgiving Turkey 2 image for my card. I printed it so that the head size of the turkey matched some acrylic bubbles I recently purchased at a local stamp show (approximately 1" in diameter). With the turkey colored, I added the acrylic bubble to his head, and now he has a 3D appearance! :0) The camera picked up the light reflecting off the acrylic, but not the true 3D effect of it.
If you look closely, you can see that I did some stitching! Woohoo! Points for me for making myself work on the machine! lol! This was only my second attempt at sewing, and while my lines aren't perfectly spaced, or completely straight, I am happy with it.

  14. Boy, it appears I'm very far behind on checking your post. Another darling card and I se you used the acrylic circle again. Love the effect. I think I remember where you got the idea...that convention we went to. I remember the last image you used these on so I popped mine out and used on a card yesterday....thanks for the reminder and a great way to add a fun element.
