This image is called AKV Witch Broom.
I colored her in Photoshop Elements. I created the gradient background, stars and moon glow, and arched sentiment in PSE, also. I printed it out and added a Halloween Hill die cut (Impression Obsession). I colored in the windows and pumpkin face with a marker. matted all to a black mat, and voila! Done!

ReplyDeleteLove the design of your card. I wish you could teach me to use PSE I am so lost when I get into it. I just crop and water mark and that's it.. Your card is wonderful, always love seeing what you do. Hugs
