So glad you could stop by! Today I have a couple of freebies for you, but first I want to update you on this week's Bugaboo Stamps Challenge over at their Catch the Bug Challenge Blog! :0) It's Saturday, and with that comes a new Bugaboo challenge every week. A great way to build up your Bugaboo image inventory! By entering your project, you could win up to SEVEN Bugaboo images! Woohoo! And all for just linking up a project that goes along with this week's theme, which is
"It's in the Pocket!". The challenge is to create any type of pocket card....... here's mine:

This card was made using an SVG file I created from a template I found at Mirkwood Designs. I added some tabs to make it a pocket, and the finished card measures approximately 5" square (not counting my punched snowflakes that are attached to the tag). I used the Bugaboo Poppi Xmas - Cocoa image, colored in PSE. I punched it out using a Nestie die and then did some inking on the edges. I left the outside of the mug simple so that the tag, when in the pocket, would be the "finishing look" and not over-crowd anything on the front of the mug. I embossed the inside layer with a Cuttlebug Snowflake folder, to give it some texture and style. (The plain white was just not working for me, ya' know?!) The svg file for this contains the pocket mug card base, front layer and inside layer cuts. It also includes a file that does not have the tabs on it, so it can be used as a regular card that opens. :0)
The tag is a separate freebie for you today, as well. :0) I figured it's the least I can do, since it's been a while since my lsat freebie was posted! :0) Anyhow, it is a three-layer tag. The file for this also includes the digital sentiment I have shown, which, as sized in the file, can be punched with an EK Success Large Tag punch, should you have one! :0) (The sentiment is included as both a png and a jpg file.)
My snowflakes are punched from some EK Success punches, and my designer brad is an old Stampin' Up Filigree Brad from my stash.
