Back from my trip - a free digi-paper for you

Howdy! :0)
I'm back from my week away, and SO HAPPY to have been able to create a card this morning! Yay!!! I missed my craft room, and all my online friends in the crafty world! I grabbed my coffee and jumped to the PCP and CDAC Bugaboo sites to check out their Wacky Wednesday Challenge #14 for this week, and it's a color challenge. I also checked on their Catch the Bug Challenge Blog, I like to combine the two when I can, and it is a Distressed/Shabby Chic Challenge. Here's what I came up with

For the PCP and CDAC Wacky Wednesday Challenge, here are the colors for this week that we have to use on our projects
My image is from the Bugaboo Stamps Cowboy images, and the Howdy image is a new release from Jodie this week, and on sale for only $ .65 until Aug 26! I colored both in my PSE program.
My fence was punched from my MS punch, using a piece of DCWV Cafe Mediterranean Card Stock.
I used some MME papers, wrinkled it up and rolled it across my ink pad (SU Soft Suede. Then I inked the edges of it, too. That is the paper used for  my base layer. The patterned paper is something I made from different free clip art images that I found online. It's a random pattern, and it is yours as a freebie! :0) It is sized to print as 3-1/2"x5", something I use frequently when making my own patterns to go with designer papers I already have, and the size I use for printing my digi images on. You can cut an 8-1/2" x 11" piece of paper with minimal mess to this size and have 5 pieces of it. This is less waste than using 4x6 pieces for me. :0)
Anyhow, I printed my pattern on a piece of DCWV card stock from the Cafe Mediterranean Stack (cut to 3.5 x 5 for my printer). I tore the edges of it, and inked them with the Soft Suede, as well. I used some hemp twine, braided, to make my rope, and a Stampin' Up Designer Brad from my stash.
I'm still in process of cleaning up my craft room, after moving it to a larger room in my house, so I will be working on that more this week. My son also needs help organizing his space, now that he's home from school to stay (finally!). I have a lot on my plate, but am going to tty to do more creating as soon as I can! Thanks for stopping by! Happy Crafting!
