Water Baby Scrap Layout

Hi, everyone! Happy Friday!
I have been very busy this week, moving my craft room to a different part of the house, as well as moving my son to another room, and my hubby's hobby room, too. It's been a tough, physical week, as it included not only furniture moving, but rug scrubbing, as well. I had hoped for a little more help from my boys than I received, but.....nope! They just weren't interested! Such brats....lol!
Anyhow, I have been waiting for my new set-up to be craft-ready to put together another page layout for my niece's book. I'm very happy to show you this one - I broke some of my own "rules". lol! I used stickers!!! Can you believe it?! lol! I tried to redeem myself by sewing on this layout, too. I was so in love with the base papers when I saw them that I could not layer more papers on them, or cut them up; they were just too pretty!
Now....the sticker thing.....well......I was going to cut and piece all kinds of tropical fish, but I figured since I had these pretty K&Company stickers already in my stash.......why not use them?! No sense in keeping them around if there's a good cause for them, right?! So, there you have it....I sort of went "old school" with that decision. lol! You know, as in pre-cutting machine "old school"?! lol!

Below are some closer pics of the pages on their own, as well as a close up of my title, and the sewn mat that I made.

I think the pages can be used for either beach, pool or bath tub pics. :)

Splashing with Sassy Cheryl's

Hi, everyone!
I recently hit the Bargain Bin Sale at Sassy Cheryl's Stamps; she's moving her store, so all of her Bargain Bin images won't be available any longer (today is the last day of the sale for these!) - I snatched up a bunch!
This week, she is having a Monochromatic Blue Challenge on her challenge blog, so I colored up one of my new digi's for it.
You ever have an idea that just doesn't work out on paper as it was in your head?? Well, sadly, this is one of mine. It would only figure.......I actually, for once, was happy with the hair, which is something I always struggle with! lol! No worries, though, I still think she's a cutie-pie!
She is colored in with my Prismacolor Pencils, and I added a little wave embellish, punched with a Fiskars punch, and a boutique brad I have had in my stash for AGES! The borders on my layers are from an EK Success punch.
