Bugaboo Digitally colored image card
Hi, everyone! I'm back this morning with a finished card that used the PSE colored Bugaboo image that I had posted yesterday. Now you can see the difference in the screen picture versus what printed out on my printer. I am still working on learning my new printer, and how to change the settings, so maybe I'll end up with a better image once I'm done playing around with that! :0)
(Click the photo to enlarge)
For my card I used some new papers that I had purchased while at the beach in SC with Cely. She had taken me to a store called Tuesday Morning, which I had never heard of before (noe of those in MI or WV!). Basically, it is a close out store, and they had a stack of scrapbook supplies and papers that we dug through for quite some time! The pack these came from is called Springtime, and is from Carol Wilson Fine Arts, Inc. The picket fence was punched with a MS punch, and the flower is a Prima from my stash, as well as the brad. I added some "dirt" to the bottom of my image with my SU markers. I haven't mustered up the courage to try the light shading around the image, like I've admired on so many other stampers images, yet. I will......I just didn't want to mess up! hahaha! I printed a couple more of these colored in images that I had done in PSE, so I will practice on those. :0)
This card is entered in the following challenges:

Look out....Skye has her bike out now! It seems I can officially call the weather "spring" here, so I colored in a little Bugaboo Brat to celebrate! This is one of the Bugaboo Stamps, from Jodies "Brats" collection of images. (I love the "Brats"!).
Bugaboo Stamps is having a challenge over at the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog this week. It is an "Anything Goes" theme, so hop on over and enter to win some free Bugaboo images!

Skye has been colored in with PSE. I used my Nesties to cut the circle and the beaded circle. I added some bling from my stash, and then hand wrote the sentiment.

One of a Kind
Hi, everyone!
I hope you're all having a good Monday! I am! The sun finally peeked out from behind all the clouds we've had for over a week! I woke up to hear the birds singing, and there were some robins on the lawn searching for some worms, so I had a great morning! Clouds are rolling back in, and I'm sure there is a storm on the way as I have a headache coming on, but I loved the sunshine this morning - it made me feel productive and creative!
I put together this card today. It uses another image by Andy Bauer. You can pick it up on his freebies page on his blog, HERE.

I colored everything in PSE. I kept the layout simple because of the image composition. I didn't want to add more pattern, for fear of making it hard to look at from the business! I did add some Stickles to the eyelids, and some Liquid Applique, that I heated with my Heat Tool, for the tail. I love that it puffs up! The sentiment is punched with Stampin' Up punches. The papers are from my newly-purchased Cafe' Mediterranean pack, by DCWV.

Pirate Anchor SVG Freebie
Hi, everyone!
I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend, so far! I woke up this morning to snow on the ground!! I know.....it's crazy! :0(
I have been busy this weekend.....on Friday I drove to Cleveland with my hubby to pick up my son for his Easter Break. It's a four hour drive, one way, so it was a very long day in the car! I'm glad to see him, and our visit, so far, has been pleasant; of course, it's been all about him the past couple days, so I would expect nothing less! hahaha! We had to take him for a college campus tour on Saturday morning, and that lasted most of the day. It was a decent day, though: the sun was shining, the tour was informative, and Kyle has made his final decision to attend that school, so I am happy that the tours are over! hahaha!
Hubby and child are fast asleep this morning, still, and it's almost 9 am! Sheesh! I have a feeling that my "boys" stayed up into the wee hours playing video games last night! hahaha! I had a little time to myself, so I put this card together:

Created using my Anchor Frame/Mat SVG
It started out as an entry for the Catch the Bug Blog Challenge for Bugaboo Stamps, but since it's an epic failure at monochromatic, I'm not so sure I should post it: maybe had I chose a brown for the anchor.....maybe. I used a Bugaboo Stamps image from the "A Kids View" Collection, which you can find on the Bugaboo Stamps website. I didn't think this collection was up my alley, but now that I colored in the pirate image, I really like it! I'm thinking I may have to pick up a few more!
Anyhow, the Anchor Frame is your freebie SVG today! The download link is located in the sidebar of my blog to the left, titled "Anchor", or you can pick it up HERE. The file contains the Anchor Frame, and also an Anchor Mat. Please adhere to my "Terms of Use" when using my files (there is a copy in the download folder for you)!
I'll be back soon with another card, taht better meets the Monochromatic Challenge! hahaha! I have to redeem myself!
In the meantime, be sure to check out my Blog Candy, and enter for your chance to win!
Thanks for stopping by! Happy Crafting!
This file is no longer available as a freebie!
If you wish to purchase the file, cost is $1.50. I accept Paypal payments only for my files. Payment can be sent to my yahoo email address. Please make sure to include the email address you want me to send the file to in your payment, as well as a note indicating which of my files you are purchasing.
Thank you!

Hippity-hop
Hi, everyone!
I hope you are all having a great Friday! I have spent two days nursing a headache, and decided at one point to try to be creative. lol! Bad idea, as you'll see from my "unclean" paper edges in the photo. I made this little, "goofy bunny" file. I haven't put him on a card, yet, but thought you may like to. He measures approx. 3" high and 2" wide (a little less). You can pick him up in the side bar of my blog under the Free SVG's links. He is titled "Bunny". He's a goofy little fella', but I think if his eyes were drawn a bit different that he may lose that goofiness! hahah! My husband thinks he is "the first in the Easter Bunny Unemployment Line"....hahaha! Yep.....sometimes he's a funny hubby................but only "sometimes" hah! ;0)

The SVG file contains his body, ears, ear inside layer, feet, nose, and eyes and teeth (they are connected, with enough space for the nose to sit on top). I drew in the blue and black of his eyes with a gel pen, along with his freckles and eyebrows.
I'll be spending my Friday in the car - driving to pick up my son from school for the week! Yay! I hope he is in a good mood 0 he sure was a cranky teen the other day!
Don't forget to enter to win the Blog Candy I have! :0) Only ten more followers are needed for me to draw the winner! Yippee! Then it will be on to Blog Candy #3! ;0)

Rootin' Tootin' Birthday Card for Bugaboo & a Freebie SVG!
Hi, everyone!
This week, Bugaboo Stamps is having a challenge over at the Catch the Bug Challenge Blog, and the theme they have chosen is Baby/Child. This image is Bugaboo's Cowboy. I absolutely LOVE him! I only have three from the collection of cowboy images, and I definitely want the others! Isn't he darling?!
The Operation Write Home Stars & Stamps Blog is also having a Child/Kid themed challenge this week, that they are calling Cards 4 Kids, so I am entering this card into that challenge, too. If you aren't familiar with OWH, you should really stop at the blog to see what they are doing for our troops! It's such a wonderful cause!

I colored in the image is PSE and then I used my Nesties Deckled Ovals to cut out my image, and then layered it on a just-barely-larger Oval Nestie. The denim and plaid papers are left over from my pocket card, as is the Buckaroo Blue SU Card Stock on the bottom layer, which is embossed with a Cuttlebug Swiss Dots folder. I made the Sheriff Badge SVG, which is FREE in the sidebar of my blog! I used an SU Star Designer Brad in the middle of it, and some silver mini brads at the top of the card. The badge is inked with Chocolate Chip SU ink.
Thanks for stopping by! If you haven't already, be sure to checkout my BLOG CANDY, and enter for your chance to win!

A quick card
Something I colored in yesterday, and then put on some of my "found" Bazzill card stock this morning.
I used my SU markers to color in the image, and a Cuttlebug ef on the card base for some texture.
Amazing what you can find when you're cleaning through your craft room, which is exactly what I have done! In my efforts, I have put together some Blog Candy, so be sure to check it out and enter to win! I'm very close to the 225 follower mark I'd like to reach, so help me out and spread the word! The sooner it hits, the sooner I draw a winner and post the next blog candy!! Wooohooo...it's even better than this one! hehehe!

Blog Candy Cleanup & A Creation
Hi, everyone!
So....you all know I'm on a trek to clean up my craft space, and have been listing some blog candy....what?? You didn't know?! WELL..........to check out the current candy, click HERE! :0)
There....now you know, for sure! hahaha!
Anyhow, I thought I'd share a sneak peek of some of the organizing progress I'm making.

Anyhow, I thought I'd share a sneak peek of some of the organizing progress I'm making.
This is my new desk hutch. I love it because I've been able to put most of my small craft items on this, and they're close at hand. The other leg of the desk corner hosts my Mac. :0)
Before I had this, I had everything on book case hutches. which was still nice, but it wasn't "handy". I have very little wall space in this house, and my bookcases are on the enclosed porch area. Now I can have all of this right at my fingertips! Yay!
Here's a shot of what I did with my embellishes (brads, eyelets, dew drops, etc.....)
I'm really, really excited to have these great little organizers! I had them in something else, which is equally as cool wouldn't fit in a drawer (stay tuned....that's the NEXT blog candy! Something to help YOU organize!). Not only is this house short on wall space, but it also means that I don't have much tabletop or counter space (no walls to put this type of thing up against!). So, this is my solution! I've never had a desk with drawers in it before, so this is one of my two new desk drawers....I feel like a kid in a toy store!! :0)
Well, enough about organizing......I still have plenty more to do, and so far, I have 5 Blog Candies ready to go! I know I will have more......so keep checking back, folks!
Before I go.....I wanted to share a card I put together this morning. I used an Elisabeth Bell image that I had purchased from Whiff of Joy a long time ago. I think she's cute! It was so pretty here this morning that this was perfect for the day. Now, though, clouds and humidity have rolled in, and I'm afraid I have a headache coming on. :0( I think I'll take a break from this room and go lie down for a bit. Maybe later I'll feel better and can accomplish more! :0)
Thanks for stopping in today!
Happy Crafting, and have a great weekend!

Guess What???? I'm giving away some BLOG CANDY!!!

******************************************
BLOG CANDY HAS BEEN ISSUED! THIS POST IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU TO ALL THAT PARTICIPATED< AND A BIG "WELCOME!" TO ALL MY NEW FOLLOWERS! I'M GLAD YOU'RE HERE! :0)
******************************************
Woohoooo! I finally have 100 followers! I'm so excited! Lindsey threw the Blog Candy Clock into motion! :0) Thanks for following, Lindsey!
You may have seen my recent posts with the "sneeky-peeky" pics of some blog candy I've been collecting, and now it's time for me to show you the candy in it's entirety! Yay!
I have put together the Designer Slab II from Provo Craft (96 sheets of 67# card stock in 12 different colors), a pack of Heidi Grace clear stamps (contains 13 stamps), a Cricut Limited Edition Winter Collection Cartridge, and two packs of Droplets by Kaiser Scrapbook (two different shades of blue - perfect for winter!).
This is my way of saying "THANK YOU" so much for your kind words and support this past year! I'm not going to make you submit a project or card to win (winner will be chosen by a random generator on January 19, two weeks from today), but there are a few rules! (Sorry.....without rules it would be MAD CHAOS around here, right?!!) LOL!
Here are "THE RULES" -
1. You must be a Follower. So, if you're not already, head on over there ---------------------------> to the right sidebar of my blog, and click on the little "Follower" do-ma-gadget-thingy" and become one! I promise to try to keep you entertained! ;0) Plus........there's always a free svg or two to be had each week, and sometimes more!
2. You must celebrate this Blog Candy giveaway by promoting it on your blog (use the Blog Candy Button in the sidebar). Pretty self-explanatory, right? Please make sure to post the Blog Candy Button in the left or right sidebar of your blog, and link it back to this post. If the random generator chooses a winner, and the Blog Button is not present in the sidebar of your blog, I reserve the right to choose another winner (again by random generator).
3. Leave a comment below telling me what types of svg files you'd like to see in the future. Do you want to see more mats, frames, bear clothes, kid stuff, seasonal items??? You tell me!
All three rules must be followed to be eligible. If you fail to perform all three steps, I reserve the right to delete your comment, if you left one.
To be fair, the winner will be chosen by random generator on January 19th. Each comment left will be assigned a number, starting with the first comment made at #1 (sorry, I don't know how to actually add this to your comments so you can see it, so I hope you understand).
I had one person ask if it was okay to the post the blog badge to fb instead of on a blog, and I'm going to have deny that request at this time. I do not use facebook for my crafting things, and because of the complexity of their privacy settings......well, my answer is just "no". Sorry.
Again, thank you so much for all your support, kind words and comments! I have had so much fun working on my blog, so far, and am hoping to continue growing my following, making new friends, and creating more, more, MORE!! :0)
Happy Crafting!!! Don't forget to check back on Wednesday, January 19th to see if you've won!
***NOTE*** My apologies to any of my followers outside the USA, but I am only shipping within the lower 48 states of the US for this. Thank you for your understanding!

Brrrr.......it's cold outside STILL!
I know, I know....it IS winter, but my poor bones are clanking together in this frigid weather!
The only thing I love about winter...okay, there's actually two things: 1. I love watching the snow fall from INSIDE my house where it's warm -hehehehe, 2. I love snowmen!! :0) What do you love in winter??
I picked up this free digi image from DeeDee's Digi's. Isn't it darling??! I love it.
I colored her in PSE, and then I put some paper glaze on her nose to make it shine. I matted the image on some SU real red card stock. The base layer dp is from Debbie Mumm. I created the snowman border svg, which is your freebie today. :0)
The eyes and buttons do cut out, but I decided after-the-fact that I wanted them to shine, so I added Stickles. :0) The little carrot noses have some paper glaze on them, and the hat band is Stickles. The svg file is sized to fit a 5x5 card. The noses are pretty tiny, so I don't think you'd want to try to cut them any smaller. I had contemplated just drawing them on, but I had a decent sticky mat, a newer blade and some good paper, so they cut out well for me - it was the glueing that was a toughie. I had to use my tweezers and a glue pen for them, so I wouldn't make a mess.

Color Challenge and Sketch Challenge Combo
I haven't been sleeping very well lately. I'm not sure exactly why. I was up late last night again, and I do know why I couldn't fall asleep then! (My dogs woke me at 8:00 am because they were howling.....that's right, I said "howling"! I have no idea what they were howling at, but when they heard me put my feet on the floor upstairs, they stopped. Yeah......nice alarm clock pups! Sheesh!)
So, why didn't I sleep well last night?? Well, recently I received my new registration and tags for my vehicle. I had the paper that had the little tag sticker and perforated registration paperwork in my purse. Yesterday I had to run into town to the post office and bank. On my way out the door, I took the sticker tag off the registration paperwork and put it on my plate on my vehicle. Sounds good, so far, right? Well, at some point in my very short trip to the two stops I had, I LOST the paper registration!!! I could not believe it! I tore this place apart, and even dug through yesterdays garbage looking for it (EEEEEWWWW!). I used the bank drive thru window, so I know I didn't leave it there. I took a quick trip up and down the street this morning thinking I may have dropped it on the ground while getting out of the car. Let me tell you, that probably looked pretty funny.........me in my way-too-big Mickey Mouse thermal pj pants, a hoodie and a pair of shoes too big for my feet (my sons) tromping through the frosty grass, staring at the ground...... The neighbors probably thought I had lost my mind. Anyhow, that paper was not anywhere!
So, in the house I go, quickly tossing the hoodie and too-big shoes aside to run upstairs and put on some clothes....you know, the kind you can actually be seen in public in, i.e. blue jeans and a sweatshirt. hahahah!
Off to the post office I go, swearing at myself under my breath the entire way. I walk up to the counter, the lady looks at me and says, "Can I help you?", so I say, "I was in here yesterday afternoon and I think I left......" at which point she interrupts and say, "OH! Yeah! Your registration!!! Yes, yes.......the mailman has it and is going to leave it in your box today!".
PHEW!!!!!!
I guess I should try to get more sleep, huh??
Okay - enough story-time from me.......on to crafty stuff! Today I decided to try to get my fingers moving again (that cold weather this morning had them stiff as boards!). I found a Sketch Challenge and Color Challenge that I have combined on this card, plus you receive some free svg's today! :0)

Here is the color challenge photo that I picked up over at Play Date Cafe Challenge. This is Challenge #62. I missed the deadline to enter, but it was still a fun Valentine color scheme for me to play with!
For my papers, I used Stampin Up colors, Regal Rose, Kraft and Rose Red. The digi image is from Tiddly Inks. The swirly hearts svg is your freebie today! The file contains the element as shown on my card, a card front for a 5x5 card base, and a card front for an A2 card base.
I used my EK Success scalloped border punch, some hemp twine, and three Cuttlebug embossing folders on this: Swiss Dots, D'Vine Swirls and Bloom Dots. Some lighting inking on the edges helped give each layer definition.
For the sketch, I used the Sweet Sketch Wednesday Challenge #83.
I just found them this week, and I love their sketches, so far! They certainly have helped me keep motivating!
Okay, so now on to your SVG. :0) Again, this file contains three cut files. It also has a jpg file of the card I created with the element, above, and a Copy of my Terms of Use (also shown below).
Please leave some love if you enjoy my freebies! I love to hear from you! :) This is how I know you were here, like what you see, and would like to see more!

Birthday Magic & Sneak Peek of my upcoming Blog Candy!
Hi, everyone!
A couple things to blog about today: first, today is my birthday! Yay! I like birthdays....especially the part with presents! lol! I'm not doing anything super over-the-top. We are laying low at home. Tomorrow my son has to catch the bus back to IN for school, so I will probably play some PS3 or Wii with him today.
Second thing on my mind today is this card I made.

We are laying low at home. Tomorrow my son has to catch the bus back to IN for school, so I will probably play some PS3 or Wii with him today.
Second thing on my mind today is this card I made.
I have been using up some of my over-abundance of SU card stock, and this card has some Rich Razzleberry and some Crushed Curry, as well as some SU designer paper called Cottage Wall. I used an EK Success Border Punch (it's a bracket punch that embosses, but I didn't press hard enough for the embossing to work well). I also used three SU hand punches: the Corner Punch, the Designer Label Punch and the 1-3/8" Circle Punch.
The Magic Hat SVG is your freebie today! :0)
Now....for my third and final thing to blog about today (it's kind of a big deal to me, actually), I never thought I would see the day that I had 100 followers for my blog! Heck.....I never even thought I'd have ONE! lol!!! But, the 100 mark is fast approaching, so I wanted to say "THANK YOU!" to all of you that follow by giving away some Blog Candy! :0) You like that idea??
Now, if you look closely at the pic of my card, you will see a little sneaky-peeky of some of the items I have in store for the giveaway. I'm not done putting things together, and I'm not going to do an "official" announcement until the 100 Follower mark has been met, SO......tell your friends to stop on by, and if they like what they see, to "Follow Me"! The sooner the counter hits 100, the sooner I reveal ALL the goodies! :0)
Thanks again for stopping by, and for following me! I hope you have a safe and Happy New Year!!
Please leave some love if you enjoy my freebies! I love to hear from you! :) This is how I know you were here, like what you see, and would like to see more!
